The Resident Technical Officer (Civil & Structural) will provide day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality checks to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with design intent and approved specifications.

Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
Preferred applicants hold a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course.
Ensure contractors adopt good construction practices to achieve quality workmanship.
Minimum 5 years of relevant supervision experience on building projects in Singapore.
Hands-on HDB/BTO project supervision experience, including commercial components.
Available to commence work at short notice and able to support night shift/rotational Sunday duties.
HDB BSC experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Consultant (Architect) / Project Manager throughout the construction works.
Assist in supervising structural works in accordance with the Building Control Act and support the Civil & Structural and M&E consultants.
Oversee HDB project civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure compliance and quality.
Ensure quality and timely completion of QP(S) supervision deliverables.
Function as part of the site supervision team to meet BCA Regulatory & Control Act requirements and LTA Terms of Reference.
Liaise proactively with clients, consultants, and authorities to uphold the company’s reputation.
