Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer (C&S) - Singapore

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution or be a Civil/Structural Engineer with qualifications accredited by IES/ACES and registered as Resident Engineer (RE).
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the role of Resident Engineer for building and/or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated competency in geotechnical engineering works, instrumentation and monitoring, with thorough knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and statutory authorities' requirements.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to perform independently, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
